We are happy to invite you to join us for the 4th annual RF & Communications Round Table 2014 , this year held in Lund in Sweden, hosted by National Instruments in cooperation with the Dept. of Electrical and Information Technology at Lund University. With this event, we aim to bring together a network of leading European researchers and educators active in the area of new communication technologies. This year, we will have a strong focus on technologies supporting 5 G research and development, for prototyping and test bed implementations based on the Graphical System Design (GSD) technology platform.
This two-day event is limited to a small number of preeminent group leaders and professors, to allow for effective networking and feedback with NI executives, R&D representatives and senior experts as wel as experience GSD platform users. The aim is to prioritise case studies that discuss use of GSD to accelerate research by reducing the time taken from research concept to real-time test bed implementation.
One of our key goals for this event is to establish an expert advisory board for feedback on products, programmes and other investments at National Instruments, allowing us to improve the effectiveness of our technology platform for research. As per the feedback from previous round-table events, we will be circulating a questionnaire to help you prepare for the feedback session with this intent in mind.
